Using a mortgage broker, I can find the best suited mortgage, rate and terms from hundreds of companies…..and if one of them turns us down we can usually take it to another that WILL approve it. If you take your loan directly to a bank if they turn it down, that’s it, your done and you just might lose that home you took so much time to find.

I have found that the more sophisticated borrowers, with the much larger mortgages, usually have figured out how critical it is to use a mortgage broker. "
